FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
HOURS: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday
Safeguard iPrintandPromo is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with order entry and cross selling experience. The CSR provides excellent customer experience on every interaction with our business customers, while up-selling and cross-selling product offerings. Orders are received via phone, mail, and fax. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important.
OBJECTIVE
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delighting our business customers by providing and processing information in response to orders, quotes and issues, all in a fast-paced work environment.
JOB DUTIES

Interact with business customers primarily by email and telephone.

Process orders, reorders and quotes.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Handle and resolve customer issues and concerns.

Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.

Keep record of customer interactions and transactions.

Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.
REQUIREMENTS

Exceptional relationship building skills.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Ability to make solid and accurate decisions independently based on analysis, experience, and judgment
